    • Account data: Information you provide to create a Rodeo account, including your name, phone number, username and password and zip code.
    • Profile data: Information you choose to add to your Rodeo profile, such as a profile photo.
    • Calendar data: Information in any calendar application that you choose to connect to your Rodeo account, such as the names, dates, times and locations of events in your calendar; the names and contact details of participants in events; information about the events; and the profile photo associated with your calendar account. The scope of the calendar data available to us is determined by your calendar application and you may be able to limit that scope through the settings in your calendar application.
    • Contact data: Contact details of friends and contacts that you provide when you invite them to use Rodeo through the Service or to interact with them on the Service.
    • Content data: Content that you upload to the Service, such as information about the plans you organize or attend, comments you post about plans and your communications with other users about the plans.
    • Communications data: The contents of your communications with us, whether through the Service, social media, events, or otherwise, including any feedback you provide about the Service and your responses to surveys.

    Third-party sources.

    We may combine personal information we receive from you with personal information we obtain from other sources, such as other users who share your information when they invite you to a plan through Rodeo or when your information appears in the calendar data to which other users grant us access.

    Automatic data collection.

    We and our service providers may automatically log information about you, your computer or mobile device, and your interaction over time with the Service, our communications, and other online services, such as:

    • Device data: Your computer or mobile device’s operating system type and version, manufacturer and model, browser type, screen resolution, RAM and disk size, CPU usage, device type (e.g., phone, tablet), IP address, unique identifiers (including identifiers used for advertising purposes), language settings, mobile device carrier, radio/network information (e.g., Wi-Fi, LTE, 3G), and general location information such as city, state or geographic area.
    • Online activity data: The pages you viewed, how long you spent on a page, the website you visited before browsing to the Service, navigation paths between pages, information about your activity on a page or screen, access times and duration of access, and whether you have opened our emails or clicked links within them.
    • Precise geolocation: Your device’s precise location if you grant us access to it through your mobile device settings.

    Service delivery.

    To provide the Service and operate our business, including to:

    • provide, operate, and improve the Services.
    • communicate with you about the Services via email and SMS (to the phone number you provide when you register), including to send you plan invitations initiated by other users, announcements, reminders, updates, and support and administrative messages.
    • provide support for the Services, and respond to your requests, questions, and feedback.

    Marketing.

    To send you direct marketing communications. You may opt-out of our marketing communications described in the Opt-out of marketing communications section below.

    Research and development.

    For research and development purposes, including to analyze and improve the Service and our business. As part of these activities, we may create aggregated, de-identified and/or anonymized data from personal information we collect. We make personal information into de-identified or anonymized data by removing information that makes the data personally identifiable to you. We may use this aggregated, de-identified or otherwise anonymized data and share it with third parties for our lawful business purposes, including to analyze, improve and promote the Service and our business.

    Compliance and protection.

    To comply with applicable laws, lawful requests, and legal process (such as to respond to subpoenas or requests from government authorities), and to protect our, your or others’ rights, privacy, safety, or property (including by making and defending legal claims), including by enforcing the terms and conditions that govern the Service, and taking steps to prevent, investigate and deter fraud, cyberattacks or other unauthorized, unethical, or illegal activity.

    Booking platforms.

    OpenTable or other third party booking platforms with which we share your name and contact details so that we can facilitate reservations and bookings you choose to make with them.

    Other users and the public.

    Anyone invited to a plan organized on Rodeo that you are invited to, who will be able to see the profile data of everyone else invited to that plan, as well as any plan-related messages that invitees post. Plan pages are also publicly accessible to anyone with the URL to the page. Bear in mind that URLs of plan pages can be forwarded to anyone, and we cannot stop plan pages and the information on them from being copied or screen grabbed.

    Service providers.

    Third parties that provide services on our behalf or help us operate the Service or our business (such as hosting, information technology, customer support, email/SMS delivery, marketing, customer research, analytics).

    Professional advisors.

    Professional advisors, such as lawyers, auditors, bankers, and insurers, where necessary in the course of the professional services that they render to us.

    Affiliates.

    Our corporate affiliates that we control, are controlled by, or with which we are under common control, for purposes consistent with this Privacy Policy.

    Business transferees.

    Parties (and their advisors) to business transactions (or negotiations of or due diligence for such transactions) involving a corporate divestiture, merger, consolidation, acquisition, reorganization, sale or other disposition of all or any portion of the business or assets of, or equity interests in, Rodeo or our affiliates (including, in connection with a bankruptcy or similar proceedings).

    DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?

    We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of the Services. If we learn that personal information from users less than18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records.   5. MANAGING YOUR ACCOUNT

    If you would at any time like to review or change the information in your account or terminate your account, you can: Contact us using the contact information provided. Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. However, we may retain some information in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our legal terms, and/or comply with applicable legal requirements.

    You may review and update certain Rodeo account information within your account.

    Opt-out of marketing.

    Parties (and their advisors) to business transactions (or negotiations of or due diligence for such transactions) involving a corporate divestiture, merger, consolidation, acquisition, reorganization, sale or other disposition of all or any portion of the business or assets of, or equity interests in, Rodeo or our affiliates (including, in connection with a bankruptcy or similar proceedings).

    Opt-out of SMS.

    You can opt-out of any SMS messages that we send replying STOP or CANCEL.

    Cookies.

    The settings of most browsers let you remove or reject cookies. See the cookies and similar technologies section above for more information about your choices.

    Do Not Track.

    Some Internet browsers may be configured to send “Do Not Track” signals to the online services that you visit. We currently do not respond to “Do Not Track” signals. To find out more about “Do Not Track,” please visit http://www.allaboutdnt.com.

    Delete your account.

    You can request that we delete your account by contacting us. Please note that if we delete your account, we will be unable to provide any online or digital services to you or support for past services you have requested.

    Other sites and services.

    The Service may link to or integrate with websites and other online services operated by third parties. In addition, our content may be integrated into web pages or other online services that are not associated with us. These links and integrations are not an endorsement of, or representation that we are affiliated with, any third party. We do not control websites or other online services operated by third parties, and we are not responsible for their actions.   7. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

    Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.

  8. JOB APPLICANTS

    When you visit the “Careers” tab of the website, we collect the information that you provide to us in connection with your job application. This includes business and personal contact information, professional credentials and skills, educational and work history, and other information of the type that may be included in a resumé or CV. This may also include diversity information that you voluntarily provide. We use this information to facilitate our recruitment activities and process employment applications, such as by evaluating a job candidate for an employment activity, to monitor recruitment statistics, and to respond to surveys.     Rodeo's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

  13. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

    We are headquartered in the United States and may use service providers that operate in the United States and other countries. Your personal information may be transferred to the United States or other locations where privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your state, province, or country.
